Tile Painting 2.jpg

1

Prepare the Tiles

Sand the Surface: For better paint adhesion, lightly sand the surface of the tile with fine-grit sandpaper. Wipe away dust with a damp cloth and let it dry.

2

Apply STIX Primer

STIX excels in covering glossy surfaces and other difficult substrates with its exceptional adhesion.

3

Tape Off Areas

Use painter’s tape to tape off any areas you don’t want to paint. This is especially important for edges and grout lines.

4

Paint the Tiles

Apply the First Coat: Using a small or medium-sized paintbrush, apply a thin coat of Aura Bath & Spa. Work in small sections to ensure even coverage.

Let It Dry: Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying a second coat.

5

Apply a Sealer

For an additional layer of protection, ourV540 topcoat offers a remarkably durable, chemical-resistant finish.

6

Cure and Settle

Allow the tiles to cure for the time recommended by the paint and sealer manufacturers before using them. This ensures the paint fully adheres and is durable.
